1. Right and Use
a. The artist (Latte) has full copyrights to all files and images, including the right to display them on social media, print, and include them in her portfolio.
b. Client will receive the art commission files in both PNG & JPG formats.
c. Client has the right to upload the art commission on social media/roleplay platforms with a proper credit to the artist.
d. The art commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY An additional fee will be charged if the client wishes to use it for COMMERCIAL USE
e. The commission art CAN NOT BE USED for NFTs, AI data training.2. Commitment and Agreement
a. Client will provide clear references for the desired commission.
b. Client agrees that the commission will be created using the artist’s (Latte) personal art style and not replicate or imitate any art style outside of the artist's personal style.
c. Both the client and the artist agree to maintain the privacy of their communication during the commission process. (Communication is only via text)3. Payment
a. Payment will be made after both parties agree on the project to be processed.
b. A 50% deposit will be made after the artist (Latte) sends the sketch and it is approved by the client.
c. The artist (Latte) will send a payment link to the client. The deposit must be paid before the artist continues the project.
d. Payment is only accepted via Paypal/ko-fi/dana. Only USD and IDR currencies are accepted.
e. If the total price exceeds 500IDR/150USD, the payment can be made in 25/25/50.
f. Refund policies will be explained in detail in point 6.4. Contents and Restrictions
a. Latte has 2 art styles. The first style features warm, pastel, 2D, anime-ish themes. The second style features muted tones, cool, semi-realism anime-ish themes. Preferences can be viewed in the Art Gallery.
b. Latte’s do’s: OCs, fan art, fictional characters, character sheets, suggestive characters/poses/clothes, potrait, couple.
c. Latte’s don’ts: NSFW (genitalia, nudity), furries, mechas, anything racist.5. Work Process
a. Work will begin after the first payment is made. The estimated turnaround time is 3 days - 2 weeks (including holidays).
b. The client will have the rights to discuss and revise the sketch up to 2 times. Once agreed, the work will proceed to coloring, and the client can request revisions up to 2 times. During the rendering and detailing process, no revisions are allowed.
c. The work may be completed sooner or later than the estimated times (the artist will notify the client if this occurs).6. Refunds
a. The client will receive a 100% refund if the artist decides to stop the project (with a reason stated).
b. Otherwise, no refund.7. Communication
a. Communication between the client and the artist will continue throughout the project. The client has the right to request to see the WIPs (Work in Progress) but not every day.8. Blacklist
a. Clients who do not follow the rules and terms outlined above will be permanently blacklisted and posted on the artist’s social media as a warning to other artists.

a. Klien akan memberikan referensi yang jelas untuk commission yang diinginkan.
b. Klien setuju bahwa commission yang dibuat akan menggunakan art style pribadi artist (Latte) dan tidak mereplika atau mencontoh art style diluar art style pribadi artist.
c. Klien dan artist setuju untuk menjaga privasi komunikasi antara artis dan klien. (Komunikasi hanya via teks)3. Pembayaran
a. Pembayaran akan dilakukan setelah kedua belah pihak setuju mengenai projek yang akan dikerjakan.
b. Pembayaran DP (50%) akan dilakukan setelah artist (Latte) mengirimkan sketsa dan telah disetujui oleh klien.
c. Artist (Latte) akan mengirimkan link pembayaran kepada klien. Pembayaran DP harus dilakukan sebelum projek dilanjutkan.
d. Pembayaran hanya lewat Paypal/ko-fi/dana. Hanya menerima mata uang USD dan IDR.
e. Jika total harga lebih dari 500IDR/150USD maka dapat dilakukan pembayaran 25/25/50.
f. Mengenai refunds, akan dijelaskan lebih lanjut pada poin 6.4. Contents and Restrictions
a. Latte memiliki 2 art styles. Art style pertama bertema warm, pastel, 2d, anime-ish. Art style kedua bertema mute tone, cool, semi-realism anime-ish. Sebagai preferensi dapat diakses pada menu [Art Gallery.]
b. Latte do’s: OCs, fanart, Fictional character, mini-comic (1 gambar dalam 3-4 panel), character sheets, suggestive character/pose/clothes.
c. Latte don’t’s: NSFW(genitalia, nudity), furries, mechas, anything racist.5. Pengerjaan
a. Pengerjaan akan dilakukan dihitung setelah pembayaran pertama. Estimasi pengerjaan adalah 3 hari - 2 minggu (termasuk hari libur).
b. Klien akan diberikan kesempatan untuk berdiskusi dan revisi sketsa sebanyak 2 kali. Setelah deal, pengerjaan akan dilanjutkan ke pewarnaan dan klien dapat revisi sebanyak 2 kali. Pada proses rendering dan detailing tidak ada revisi.
c. Pengerjaan dapat selesai lebih cepat atau lebih lama (artist akan memberitahukan kepada klien jika hal ini terjadi).6. Refunds
a. Klien akan menerima refund 100% jika Artist memutuskan untuk menghentikan projek dengan alasan (dicantumkan).
b. Selain itu tidak ada refund.7. Komunikasi
a. Komunikasi antara klien dan artist akan terus berlangsung selama projek dikerjakan. Klien berhak meminta untuk melihat WIP (Work in Progress) tetapi tidak setiap hari.8. Blacklist
a. Klien yang tidak mengikuti peraturan dan ketentuan yang telah tertulis diatas maka akan diblacklist permanen dan akan dipost pada social media artist sebagai peringatan kepada artist lainnya.
